My poor baby had horrible baby emzcea, it looked like a rash all over her tummy and was very bumpy and dry. Our pediatrician recommended this cream, and it has worked miracles! I apply it every time I change her diaper, and her skin is so much softer and smoother, now. It takes a while to get the cream to fully absorb, but if you just close up the clothes over it, it seems to soak in over time- or you can just keep rubbing for a while. There is no real scent to the cream, which is a plus. This stuff made a huge difference!
